Our Approach
Caelova operates as a subscription-based platform, providing access to premium Vedic astrology tools, personalised insights, and advanced chart features. We aim to be fair and transparent in all matters related to billing, refunds, and cancellations.
Subscription Model
When you subscribe to Caelova, you gain immediate access to the features included in your selected plan. Subscriptions are billed according to the cycle you choose (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your subscribed features until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances of your request:
If you have been charged but have not yet accessed or used any premium features, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once you have accessed premium features or generated personalised charts under your subscription, the subscription fee is generally non-refundable. This is because the computational service has already been rendered.
Exceptions
We understand that circumstances vary. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Technical failure — If the Platform experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from using the service you paid for, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate charges — If you were inadvertently charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Unauthorized transactions — If a payment was made without your authorization. In such cases, please contact us immediately.
All exception-based refund requests are reviewed individually. We will assess each case fairly and communicate our decision transparently.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of the transaction
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Key points:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.
- Your saved charts and account data remain accessible even after cancellation, though premium features will be limited to those available under the free tier.
