1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Caelova ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers. Continued use of Caelova following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Services

Caelova provides a suite of Vedic astrology tools and services, including but not limited to:

• Birth chart (Kundli) generation using Swiss Ephemeris calculations
• Vedic Panchang (daily almanac) with Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, and Karana
• Daily, weekly, and monthly horoscope readings
• Gun Milan (Ashtakoot compatibility matching)
• Vimshottari Dasha timeline analysis
• Yoga detection and interpretation
• Ashtakavarga strength scoring
• Navamsa (D9) divisional chart generation
• Transit (Gochar) predictions
• Lucky traits and personalised insights
• Rule-based interpretations and optional remedies

All calculations are performed using astronomical algorithms and classical Vedic interpretive rules. Results are computational in nature and should be understood within the context of our Disclaimer.

3. Subscription & Access

Caelova operates on a subscription-based model. Certain features may be available to all users, while advanced tools and personalised insights may require an active subscription.

Subscription details — including pricing, billing cycles, and feature access — are presented at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms displayed during the checkout process.

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or feature availability with reasonable notice. Active subscriptions will honour their existing terms until the end of the current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

To use Caelova effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate data — The precision of your birth chart depends on the accuracy of the birth date, time, and location you provide. Inaccurate data will produce inaccurate results.
• Maintain account security — You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Use the Platform responsibly — You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use Caelova for any unlawful purpose.
• Respect intellectual property — You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Caelova's content without explicit permission.

5. Account & Saved Charts

Registered users may save birth charts, profiles, and other data to their account for convenient access. This data is stored securely and is associated with your account.

You may delete your saved charts at any time. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Caelova Platform — including text, design, graphics, software, algorithms, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of Caelova and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use generated charts and reports for your personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution of Caelova's proprietary content for commercial purposes requires prior written consent.

7. Service Modifications

Caelova is an evolving platform. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the user experience, enhance accuracy, or adapt to changing requirements.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes. However, we are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

8. Limitation of Liability

Caelova is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all results will be perfectly precise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caelova shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its content.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from reliance on astrological interpretations, loss of data, or service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of Caelova shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
